An integral part of Villa Iokasti is its signature restaurant. Established in 2002 by the owner Dimitris Vasilakis, who with his deep knowledge in Cretan cuisine and taste, he has managed to bring the restaurant at a level where guests have been visiting repeatedly for many years. The identity of our cuisine could be characterized as Mediterranean- modern Greek. Since the owners are originating from a family of Cretan wine producers, our guests can find a very carefully selected wine list that consists of mainly Cretan brands and all the varieties. Our new talented chefs have been following and respecting the philosophy that the restaurant has built for so many years and developing it even more with their own touch and ideas.
